Your data stays yours. Sol does not sell, rent, or use your personal information for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest. Access to the platform is controlled and monitored, and production access requires multi-factor authentication.

No. Sol uses AI providers through configurations that disable training on customer data.

Sol completed an independent CASA Tier 2 assessment, valid through April 30, 2027. It covered controls including authentication, access control, cryptography, data protection, communications, APIs, and configuration. Sol has also completed an independent SOC 2 Type I audit covering the Security Trust Services Criteria, with security controls examined by an external auditor. The reports and policies are available in the Sol Trust Center.

Yes. Request account deletion in the app or contact Sol. Sol initiates deletion of personal data from active systems within 7 days; encrypted residual backup copies are purged within 30 days.
