Life’s too short...

Sol finds commitments expressed in Gmail, gets the work behind them moving, and brings the result back for your approval. It is built to close the gap between “I said I’d do it” and “it is done.”

Most AI tools wait to be told what to do. Sol starts with the work you have already committed to: it finds those commitments in Gmail, does the work needed, and comes back for approval. No extra task list, no repeated prompting.

Sol can research, create documents and presentations, coordinate meetings, and draft replies. It can turn a promise to send analysis into research and a document, or a request to align into a proposed meeting.

Always. Sol gets the work moving, but you have the final say. Review, edit, or approve every outcome before anything is sent, scheduled, or shared.

Sol is for people whose work runs through email—founders, executives, and professionals in sales, marketing, consulting, recruiting, and agencies—where a missed follow-up has real consequences.

No setup. Sol is designed to work instantly. It finds the commitments you have already made, so you do not need to translate every task into a prompt or become an AI expert to get useful work done.

Your data stays yours. Sol does not sell, rent, or use your personal information for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest. Access to the platform is controlled and monitored, and production access requires multi-factor authentication.

No. Sol uses AI providers through configurations that disable training on customer data.

Sol completed an independent CASA Tier 2 assessment, valid through April 30, 2027. It covered controls including authentication, access control, cryptography, data protection, communications, APIs, and configuration. Sol has also completed an independent SOC 2 Type I audit covering the Security Trust Services Criteria, with security controls examined by an external auditor. The reports and policies are available in the Sol Trust Center.
